Privacy clause for candidates
1 - Incorporation of personal data to the files of Quimidroga
In accordance with Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on Personal Data Protection, we inform all persons who register or submit their applications (hereinafter "the Candidates") for job offers at Quimidroga that all the personal data provided by the Candidates will be incorporated into the files owned by Quimidroga with the purposes inherent in a Human Resources Department, namely, the management of their candidacy in the various selection processes.
2 - Consent for data processing
Candidates expressly consent the processing of their personal data according to the purposes described in this Privacy Policy; including the transfer of their personal data to other companies within the same business group of Quimidroga.
3 - Exercise of rights
Candidates may exercise the rights of access, rectify, cancel and oppose provided for by Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on Personal Data Protection, by means of a written communication addressed to Quimidroga, with registered office in calle Tuset 26, 08006 Barcelona; or by e-mail to rrhh@quimidroga.com. In both cases, Candidates must present a copy of their ID, passport or another valid identification document.
